TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
INSURANCE
Driver and passengers are covered by our insurance in case of injury, permanent disability or death through collision.
Cars are covered by a fully paid comprehensive policy.
However in case of accident, damage or loss of equipment, the hirer is responsible for the first Rs 25,000.
Loss or damage to personal property are not covered.
IMPORTANT

Under penalty of cancellation of the insurance policy, renter agrees not to allow the car to be driven by other person than himself and those having their Driving licence registered on our Rental Agreement.

Client should notify ARK Car Rental of any additional driver when renting the vehicle. A flat rate of 7 Euro per driver will be charged.
Remarks: In returning dirty car have to pay Rs 1000 / 1500 for cleaning.
EQUIPMENT AND ENGINE
Loss or theft of equipment (5 Wheels, Lifting Jack, Tool Kit, Aerial Wippers, Wheel Caps, Radio cassette and CD player etc.) and damage of Engine caused by carelessness of client are not covered by any insurance and will be claimed to the renter of the car.
Our company is reserved the right to make frequent check up (Survey) to our vehicles at any place and time without prior notice to the clients.
ARK CAR RENTAL DOES NOT COVER:
(a) Theft of clothes and other personal items
(b) Any driver who does not possess a valid driving licence
(c) Any driver under the influence of alcohol
(d) Any prolonged utilizations of the car should the consent of ARK Car Rental, and consequently for any accident that may be causes by the customer.
(e) Any liability for Injuries to third parties of accidents to the car customer might cause if he has willingly and intentionally provided false information regarding his indemnity his address and the validity of his driving licence.
